CHAMP Therapy Dog teams are honored to be able to offer Serenity Visits to the community in times of greatest need. Our volunteers have been requested to provide comfort to grieving families in times of loss at memorial services, funerals, and celebrations of life.

Particularly for animal lovers and children, there is something healing about the presence of a canine that calms the soul and provides comfort. The dog does not require a conversation and does not judge, he or she simply allows a loving touch and warm acceptance of emotions.
